Affiliate Program Rules

1Program Type 1 (Sale of Traffic)
In this Program Type, an Action is registered whenever a unique visitor accesses the Website through your Unique Link. A unique visitor is considered to be the accessing of the website from a single IP during a 24 hour period (i.e., multiple visits from the same IP will not be considered unique unless they are on different days). You will earn a Commission for each 1000 such Actions. The amount of the Commission will be based on a 'Quality Level.' The Quality Level is determined through a unique and proprietary formula which is a function of the type of all traffic in the preceding fourteen (14) days from all your Unique Links (including other Program Instances) and what else the users do once they reach the Website. The amount of each Commission at each quality level is determined by the following table:

2Program Type 2 (Revenue Share)
In this Program Type, an Action is registered when (a) an individual accesses the Website through your Unique Link and purchases a 'Premium Membership,' or (b) when any such individual subsequently purchases a renewal of a Premium Membership. You will earn a Commission for each such Action that will be a percentage of the purchase price we receive from that Action. The percentage will be based on how many other Actions have been registered on that Program Instance in the fourteen (14) days preceding the Action being considered. The following table shows how the percentage will be determined for each Action:

Actions will only be registered after our verification of the purchase. An Action will not be registered if (a) the transaction is not completed or approved for any reason; (b) the transaction is suspicious or fraudulent in our determination; (c) if the purchase is refunded or charged back; or (d) we otherwise reasonably believe that we will not actually attain profit from the Action. Pursuant to the Affiliate Agreement, if a purchase is refunded or charged back, we reserve the right to rescind a registered Action and to offset future payments or issue an invoice.
3Program Type 3 (Direct Sale Commission)
In this Program Type, an Action is registered when an individual accesses the Website through your Unique Link and purchases a 'Premium Membership.' You will earn a one-time Commission for each such Action, which is equal to 95% of the purchase price of the Premium Membership.
Actions will only be registered after our verification of the purchase. An Action will not be registered if (a) the transaction is not completed or approved for any reason; (b) the transaction is suspicious or fraudulent in our determination; (c) if the purchase is refunded or charged back; or (d) we otherwise reasonably believe that we will not actually attain profit from the Action. Pursuant to the Affiliate Agreement, if a purchase is refunded or charged back, we reserve the right to rescind a registered Action and to offset future payments or issue an invoice.
4Program Type 4 (Affiliate Referrals)
In this Program Type, you earn Commissions based on the payments earned by any other affiliate which lists you as a referral. The other affiliate must indicate you as its referring affiliate at the time it creates its Account for you to receive Commissions from their payments. For every payment we make out to the referred affiliate, you will earn a Commission equal to 5% of that payment. We reserve the right to offset future payments or issue an invoice to you pursuant to the Affiliate Agreement if we offset future payments or issue an invoice to the referred affiliate for any reason under the Program Rules or Affiliate Agreement.
